Follow My Weight Loss Journey

Do you battle with your weight? Trust me, you are not alone!

I have four children, so I know a whole lot about what it is like to put on 50lbs with ease. Aside from that, my medication is notorious for packing on the pounds (as you can read about HERE).

As you can imagine, my weight is something I pay close attention to, not because I think I “look fat” or some nonsense, but because 20lbs on my frame drastically affects my health.

Exercise, and activity has seriously changed my life, and it can change yours too!

Whether you want to lose 5lbs or 50lbs, I understand the struggle!

Once again, I have put on another 30lbs from health, and medication issues. So I decided that this time, I will document everything here.

I will show you exactly what I do to get back into my peak shape, detailing the exercises I perform, nutrition and diet I adhere to, and each step I take to regain control of my weight.

I hope to show you how to lose those unwanted pounds, and inspire you to start your own journey of living healthy, and self-discovery.

No matter your goals, the tools and techniques I will share can help you. You don’t have to be an athlete, and no matter your exercise level, you will benefit from what I share.
