As a self-professed Queen of self-help pop psychology, it is my duty to share my therapy worksheets with you!

One thing that has been very frustrating over the years is the fact that poor mental health is expensive. With and without insurance, it seems impossible to find a therapy that can be affordable. Even after being approved for disability, I couldn’t get the help needed because I was told that I have too much income for assistance.

Saaaaaaayyyyy Whhhhaaaatttttt? Too much income? That must be a joke.

It should be.

For the poor who survive off a very limited disability income, and clearly living in poverty, it is “too much” for assistance from the state. This is where I get upset over certain issues we have in the United States.

I fully believe anyone should be able to come to this country following the rules to do so. However, if we cannot assist U.S. citizens who make 2 dollars more than the cutoff amount for assistance through the state, we sure as hell should not be assisting non-citizen’s regardless if they financially qualify.

Citizenship should be a qualification factor.

Does that sound harsh? Well, maybe it should. Because the reality of my struggles is just as harsh, if not more so.

It is because of this very reason that I want to share the therapy sheets I have used over the years, without cost to anyone who wants them.

Not only do I feel that they have helped me over the years, but I feel that they can help you as well! Most are self-explanatory but I do take the time to explain the worksheets individually and am currently working on a blog post for each page to go more in-depth. Thereby explaining what each is used for, how they help, and how to use them in your life.

Get Your Therapy On

Eight worksheets are specifically dedicated to self-limiting thoughts also known as Cognitive Distortions. These are very negative beliefs that are detrimental to positive mental health. Seriously detrimental.

Using the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) model, each worksheet helps you challenge a negative thought process that you have likely held onto for most of your life. You may not even know what triggered it, but with thoughtful self-inquiry, I am sure you could identify its origins.

What is the catch?

Yes, these worksheets are free for you to use. I only ask that if you use them, that you subscribe to receive updates, inspiration, and special offers. Super easy right?
